Trout Strategic is a series of dryfly trout lines in three different head lengths to accommodate for different conditions, such as small creeks/ rivers, or medium to large rivers, skill set or just personal preferences on how long the perfect trout line should be. All three head lengths have similar tapers that gives the angler the same control and feel. The tapers give excellent turnover of long leaders and gentle presentations. The tapers are also designed to master both overhead and spey casts. Slow, medium or fast action rods- these lines will deliver the fly to the target with precision and accuracy.

The Trout Strategic 8,5 (head length is 8,5 meter in 5 weight) is designed for small creeks to medium sized rivers or where there is very limited space for doing a cast. This line will also suit novice casters because the head is short and easy to handle. The experienced angler will enjoy the benefits this short but precise head like this will give under the right conditions.

The Trout Strategic 10,5 (head length is 10,5 meter in 5 weight) is designed for medium to large sized rivers.10,5-meter head length is considered a very good around, versatile length for most types of dryfly fishing. The head length is short enough to work well in tight spots, and long enough to excel where distance is necessary.

The Trout Strategic 12,5 (head length is 12,5 meter in 5 weight) This is the casters line. This line is designed for medium to large sized rivers, or for those who simply enjoy fishing lines with longer heads. The longer head allows the experienced angler to cast further with optimal control. This is a go to dryfly line for experienced anglers who fish the larger rivers.

Trout Strategic 8,5, 10,5 and 12,5 have group tailored head lengths, meaning all head lengths are optimized according to the head weight.
